GLADYS M. WEBB

ANDERSON - Gladys Lee McIntyre Webb, 94, widow of Cecil Webb, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at NHC Healthcare, Anderson.
Born December 2, 1915 in Hall County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Sidney and Ruby Lee Ward McIntyre. She was retired from Equinox Mill with a number of years of service. Mrs. Webb was a former member of Roberts Presbyterian Church, and more recently a member of Pendleton Presbyterian Church and the Adult Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her daughter, Jo-Ann Webb Cole of Pendleton; grandson, Jamie Cole (Cathy); two great-grandchildren, Drew and Cady Cole, all of Anderson; one sister, Helen Turner, (Ellison) of Anderson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Eva M. Smith, Ruby Nell M. Webb, and Grace M. Campbell, and two brothers, Alvin H. McIntyre and Odis C. McIntyre.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at Roberts Presbyterian Church with Rev. Morton White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 until 11:45 a.m. Tuesday in the church Fellowship Hall.
