Small Business Seminar Free to Public

A free small business seminar, sponsored by Anderson County and the City of Anderson, is scheduled September 30, 2009 at 2 to 5 p.m., in the City Council Chambers in City Hall.

Featured guest speakers will discuss funding opportunities for expanding and/or sustaining existing small business and how to acquire funding for startups. The exciting lineup of speakers include Gregg White with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Business and Cooperative Programs, George Long and Dave Mueller with the Appalachian Council of Governments’ Business Development Program, Theresa Singleton with the Small Business Administration and Ben Smith with Clemson University Small Business Development.
