EVELYN GAMBRELL
Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 6:18PM ANDERSON - Evelyn Gambrell of Anderson, departed this life on April 4, 2013. She was born in Anderson County the daughter of the late Virgie Lee Gambrell. She leaves to mourn her passing: daughters, Melissa Gambrell of the home and Dorett Gunter of Fountain Inn; a niece, Deborah Cherry of Charlottte, NC.
She also leaves behind one sister, Othel Williams of Charlotte, NC; two granddaughters, Elena and Kes Gunter and honorary granddaughter, Keisha Cherry of Charlotte, NC.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ernest, Johnny and Eugene Gambrell.
The family would like to thank the Alzheimer’s Association, Interim Health Care, Anmed Family Medicine, AnMed Health Medical Center, AnMed Medical Equipment, No Place Like Home and Community Long Term Care.
To all others too many to name, we also thank you for the kindness shown to our mother during her long illness. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
