THOMAS DALE BRANNON, SR

Thomas Dale Brannon, Sr., age 65, of Anderson passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013, at the Rainey Hospice House.  Born in Lancaster, SC, he was the son of the late James T. Brannon and the late Ival H. Brannon.  

Dale was a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School, and received a bachelor’s degree in business from Erskine College.  He was President of Human Resources Associate and was a member of Central Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra J. Brannon; a son, Thomas Dale Brannon, Jr. and his wife, Beth, of Anderson; 2 granddaughters, Anna Lea Brannon and Elizabeth Dale Brannon; a niece, Maurica B. Wirick and her husband, Ed, of Chesapeake, VA; also surviving are 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew.  

In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his brother, James T. Brannon, Jr., sister-in-law, Reci Brannon, and a nephew, James T. Brannon, III.

A memorial service of worship to honor and celebrate the life of Dale Brannon will be held at Central Presbyterian Church on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 2 PM, with Rev. Dr. David J. Bailey officiating.  The family will be at the residence and will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall at Central Presbyterian Church following the Service of Worship.

Contributions in memory of Dale may be made to Central Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 1404 N. Boulevard, Anderson, SC 29621.
