ANDERSON, SC - Grady L. “Judge” Baxter, age 72, of 104 Shirley Street, husband of Patsy Hurt Baxter, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by The McDougald Funeral Home.
