VARENA C. GRAHAM
Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 9:30PM ANDERSON – Varena C. Graham, 91, of Marchbanks Avenue, widow of Hoyt C. Graham, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2010 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born May 6, 1919, in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late N. E. and Essie Williams Cartee. She was a homemaker and member of Zion United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her two daughters, Jennifer Walling and her husband, Derrial of Anderson and Charlotte Graham of Anderson and grandson, Trevor Walling of Spartanburg. She was preceded in death by her son, William Nathan Graham and 7 sisters.
Graveside service will be held Sunday at 12:30pm at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Scott Petry officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 until 12:30pm at Zion United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers and food, memorials may be made to Zion United Methodist Church, 5847 Hwy 187 North, Anderson, SC 29625.
