CLEMSON, SC – Gary Vernon Lance, age 55, of 131 Freedom Drive, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010, at his home.
Born in Anderson County on October 28, 1954, he was a son of William Boyce Lance, Jr., and Laura Lucille Mauldin Lance. He was a construction worker and a member of South Union Baptist Church in Westminster.
Survivors include his wife, Ewarnease Durham Lance; sisters: Brenda Norris and husband, Sam, and Peggy Jean Black and husband, Randy; and brother, Terry Lance.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Betty Richards Lance.
Private services will be held at a later date. The family is at their respective homes.
