Pelzer Growing, Looking for Funds for Future Plans

The town of Pelzer has seen unprecendented changes over the past decade, according to Mayor Will Ragland.

Ragland said new housing starts are at the highest level in a century as the town looks to find ways to continue the expansion of parks, recreation and other amenitites.

He talks about growth and the need for a master plan to guide the town's future in this interview with the Anderson Observer.
