West Pelzer Launching Plans for Town's Long-Range Growth

The "Upstate's Front Porch," West Pelzer, is working on a long-range plan to both encourage and manage growth. Over the past few years, occupancy along main street has grown exponentially, bringing challenges to provide recreation, services and housing.

Mayor Blake Sanders discusses these issues in this June 2022 update with the Anderson Observer.
