Pelzer Mayor In High Gear Bringing Improvements to the Town

Pelzer Mayor Will Ragland says the coming of Spring brings more upgrades to the town, including new plans at Monkey Park and moving ahead for a new town hall.

Some of the town's improvements are easy to see, others not so much so, but Ragland see great days ahead.
