Pendleton Mayor: Jubilee, Town's Growth Point to Good Spring

Greg Wilson/Anderson Observer

Pendleton is growing, and Mayor Frank Crenshaw and the town council are working to manage the growth to best serve the needs of all its citizens.

Crenshaw says he hopes this year's return of the annual Pendleton Spring Jubilee festival is a sign that things are slowly getting back to normal, although it's too early to drop all precautions to keep folks safe.

In this interview with the Observer, Crenshaw talks about the impact of the pandemic, the Jubilee, the expanding landscape of downtonwn, the new businesses in town and plans for the months ahead.
