Water Access Expected to Help Cleo Bailey Experiment Grow

The Cleo Bailey Experiment, a project which seeks to turn the abandoned East Whitner Street school into a community center, recently received a grant and assistance from the City of Anderson to have water connected to the property.

The immediate benefit will be water for the community garden, which provides the neighborhood with fresh produce.
