Section of S.C. 185 to Close Feb. 27-March 6 for Bridge Repair

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCOOT) along with F&R Asphalt, Inc. of Easley is repairing the bridge over Rocky River on S.C. 185 Anderson County, and will be closing a section of S.C. 185 that isresidential with no direct impact to businesses. 

The closing will begin Feb. 27 and is scheduled to reopen March 6.  

A detour will be posted, guiding northbound traffic from SC 413, to S.C. 28 (Abbeville Highway), then to S.C. 185 . Please note the enclosed map for the detour route which is 9.7 miles in length.
