Westside Band Earns First Place

Westside High School Ram Marching Band won first place in Class AAAA competition at the Green Machine Invitational held recently at Berea High School. In addition to the first place trophy the Westside Band won the following awards: Best Horn Line, Best Drum Line and Superior Rating, the first such rating of the season for Westside. In addition, Devon Sherrell was named Best Drum Major.  The Westside Band will compete in class AAA in the Loy E. Wagner Invitational competition at Palmetto High School on October 15.
