DAVID TILLMAN VINCENT

JULY 10, 1959 – May 26, 2013

ANDERSON, SC - David Tillman Vincent, age 53, of Anderson, husband of Kim Kvalheim Vincent, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center. 

Born in Union, SC, he was the son of the late Willie Tillman Vincent and Sara Gregory Cooley.

Mr. Vincent worked for many years in the textiles industries, having worked several years with Carolina Dye Works.  He loved and was devoted to his family and especially spending time with his grandchildren.  He will leave behind many family and friends who loved and will miss him, especially his beloved dog, Romo 

He is survived by his wife; son, Jason Vincent and his wife Leslee of Iva, SC; step-daughter, Candice Holmes and her husband, Jay of Iva, SC; brothers, Tommy Vincent of Spartanburg, John Willard of Anderson; five grandchildren, Jayden, Mackenzie and Camryn Vincent, and Morgen Laila Holmes.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will be at the residence and will receive friends on Tuesday prior to the service from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Diabetes Association, Upstate Chapter, 525 Grove Road, 3rd Floor, Greenville, SC 29605.
