MILDRED S. FOUST

ANDERSON - Mildred Sharpe Foust, 83, of 107 Princess Avenue, wife of Bill G. Foust, died Saturday, March 16, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital, Greenville.

Born May 15, 1930 in Augusta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Lynard and Ella Mae Horne Sharpe. She, along with her husband, Bill, managed Pine Lake Golf Course. 

Survivors include her husband, Bill Foust of the home; two daughters, Debbie "Doober" Elaine Foust of Augusta, GA, and Laura Michelle Foust of Texas; three sons, Demi L. Foust of Greensboro, NC, Michael Lindy "Butch" Foust and his wife, Susan of Athens, GA, and Billy Gene "Chip" Foust and his wife, Jerrie of Anderson; grandchildren, Emily, Virginia, Mary Lincoln, Devon, Taylor, Lindy, Laura, D.J., Gunner, and Wells; brother, Thomas L. Sharpe of North Augusta; and a sister, Patsy Sharpe Hancock of Suwanee, GA. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ann Alford and Martha Anderson.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Bob Marcaurelle and Rev. J. Floyd Stansell. Following the service, there will be a reception at the Ravines Club House on Life Style Lane. The family is at the home of Chip and Jerrie Foust, 307 Meeting Street, Anderson. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 285, Anderson, SC 29622 or Meadowbrook Baptist Church, 2003 Lynn Avenue, Anderson, SC 29621.
