REVEREND RONALD WAYNE LILLY

JULY 31, 1959 – AUGUST 6, 2011

ANDERSON, SC - Reverend Ronald Wayne Lilly, age 52, of 308 Gilmer Road, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at the Hospice House.

Born July 31, 1959, in Ronceverte, WV, he was a son of the late Herman C. Lilly and Shelva Jean Gibson Lilly.  Reverend Lilly was a member of the Sanctuary of Praise.

Survivors include his wife, Karen (Spears) Lilly of the home; daughter, Sabrina (Lilly) Lowe, and her husband Stacy Wayne Lowe, of Belton; son, Brandon Wayne Lilly and his wife, Amber (Patterson) Lilly, of Anderson; grandsons: Jeremy K Patterson of Belton, and Braxton H. Lilly of Anderson; brother, Christian C. Lilly of Sumter, SC; sisters: Darlene Bruce of Starr, SC; Charlene Colegrove of Spartanburg, SC; Wanda Curry of Travelers Rest, SC; Linda Skipper of Middleton, LA; Donna Freeze of Easley, SC; Teresa Stowe of Anderson, SC. 

The Funeral Service will be held at 5pm on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at the Grace View Baptist Church, conducted by the Reverend Edward Goddard and Reverend Russell Drake.  Reverend Lilly will be placed into the Church at 3:30pm on Tuesday.  Interment will follow in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. 

The family is at the residence and will receive friends at the funeral home from 7pm until 9pm on Monday.

In addition to flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or Sanctuary of Praise, 518 Stone Drive, Anderson, SC 29625.
