ANDERSON,SC - Ronald Douglas Welch, age 70, of 113 Broadwell Mill Road, husband of Evelyn Gilreath Welch, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011, at AnMed Health Medical Center. 

The funeral arrangements will be announced by The McDougald Funeral Home.
