EUNICE G. MITCHELL

WILLIAMSTON, SC – Eunice Priscilla Gaillard Mitchell, age 96, formerly of 321 Mitchell Road, and wife of the late John Vivian Mitchell, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Countryside Village in Easley, SC.
Born in Anderson County on June 8, 1913, she was a daughter of the late Hampton H. Gaillard and Lula Smith Gaillard. She retired from the textiles industry and was a member of Whitefield Baptist Church.
Survivors include a stepson, Eugene Vivian Mitchell of Anderson, SC; a niece, Ann Cooley Deaton of Easley, SC; and six nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by sisters: Edith Cooley & Ruth Kelly; and brothers: Norman & Harold Gaillard.
The Funeral Service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, March 7, 2010, at Whitefield Baptist Church conducted by the Reverend Dr. Ron Fousek, the Reverend Jimmy Smith, the Reverend David Kelly. Interment will follow in the church cemetery conducted by the Reverend Dr. Charles Strickland.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church on Sunday.
