T.C. Mattress, Sr.

Pendleton – T.C. Mattress, Sr., 80 of 207 Mattress Road, passed away on November 17, 2009 at AnMed Health.  He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Mattress; daughter, Loretta Mattress Jones; sons, T.C., Jr. and Joseph Mattress; sisters, Carolyn Boseman, Waddie Green, Margaret M. Harkness, Frances Marilyn Lewis, Blondell Boseman, Sylvia A. Craft, Hazel Gantt, and Sandra Campbell; brothers, Willie E. and Ronald Mattress; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Irona Williford Mattress, father, Eugene Mattress, step-mother, Eria Willmon Mattress; two sons, Albert and Jerry Mattress; one sister, Bobbi J. Mattress; and four brothers, Larry, Hayward, Steve, and Gene E. Mattress.
 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Piney Grove Baptist Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
