Anderson, SC - Sybil Meredith Snider, 75, wife of Billy J. Snider, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at the Rainey Hospice House. 

Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Gertrude Davis Meredith. She was an employee of Grace’s Coffee House for 35 years. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Sybil was a member of North Anderson Pentecostal Holiness Church. 

Survivors include her husband, Billy J. Snider of the home; three sons, Marion Snider and wife, Christie and Mitchell Snider and wife, Patty, all of Anderson and Michael Snider and wife, Kelly of Honea Path; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; four sisters, Ruby McCollum, Shirley Schrotter, Barbara Reese and Linda G. Meredith; three brothers, Preston Meredith, Edward Meredith and Junior Meredith; and a number of nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Samuel Mark Snider. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. J. Floyd Stansell, Rev. Jordan Evans and Rev. Sam Duncan. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary, 3205 North Highway 81. The family is at the residence, 4317 Highway 29 South, Anderson.
