Dump Truck Accident Closes Whitehall Road

Emergency personnel have responded to an accident on Whitehall Road after a dump truck carrying gravel overturned and spilled the cargo on the road.

The accident is at the intersection of Walnut Avenue, and all lanes are blocked.
