Westside Band Earns Top Rating; Hanna Band Second
Monday, October 17, 2011 at 7:00PM The Westside High School Marching Band earned a Superior Rating at the Loy E Wagner Invitational marching band competition held Saturday at Palmetto High School in Williamston.
The Westside Band also earned the second place trophy in Class III and Best Drumline in Class III.
The T.L. Hanna High School Marching Band placed second overall out of 14 bands with a high score of 91.57 at the Pendleton High School Marching Band Festival this past weekend.
The T.L. Hanna Band will make a return trip to the South Carolina Upper State Championships on Saturday, October 22nd at Boiling Springs High School. The performance will begin at 6:15 p.m.
