The Hartwell Lake Alzheimer's Memory Poker Paddle will be held Aug. 14 at Friends at the Cove, 1500 Providence Church Road in Anderson. Beginners and experienced paddlers are welcomed. Participants can bring their own canoe or kayak or may rent a canoe from Grady's Great Outdoors. Prizes will be awarded, including a grand prize of a new kayak.
