Joseph Boyd Camak, Jr. died Thursday, September 18, 2014 at his home.

Dr. Camak is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dean Fant Camak, daughter, Dorothy Dean Camak, sons, Marshall Fant Camak and his wife, Sarah LaRue Camak, and Joseph Boyd Camak, III and his wife, Sara Nicolette Camak, mother, Downie M. Camak, sister, Joyce Fischetti, and brother, James M. Camak.

Dr. Camak loved all of his friends and family and all of his precious pediatric dental patients. Dr. Camak loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and became a born again Christian 22 years ago. His family is comforted knowing that this precious man is at peace and now with Jesus. To God Be the Glory for Boyd’s life!

A celebration of Dr. Camak’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Sullivan-King Mortuary, 3205 Hwy 81 North. The family will receive friends following the service. All of us who loved him so much appreciate your prayers.

Memorials may be made in Dr. Camak’s memory to Christ Reformed Church, 1621 North Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina 29621.
