BELTON - Gary Lavern Kay, 59, of Belton, died Thursday, September 12, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born January 26, 1954 in Anderson, he was the son of the late Weldon Lavern and Margaret Treva Suttles Kay. He was retired from UPS working in the Pickens area for many years. Mr. Kay was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church and was active in the R.B. Thieme, Jr. Bible Ministries.
Survivors include two sisters, Joyce Kay Grogan and Jeanne Kay Davis of Anderson.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel.
