ANDERSON - Audrey Hayes Cromer, 92, of Kinston Pointe Apartments, widow of J.B. Cromer, died Thursday, April 18, 2013 at NHC of Anderson. 

Born May 16, 1920 in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Hattie Evans Hayes. She was a retired Pharmacy Assistant at K-Mart. Mrs. Cromer was a member of Central Presbyterian Church where she was active in the McArthur/Men's Bible Class, the Joanna Circle, and the Centralites Senior Group. She loved flowers.

Survivors include two daughters, Joyce C. Powell and husband, James of Starr, and Linda C. Ledford and her husband, Charles of Clinton; one son, Leland "Joe" Cromer and wife, Avernell of Anderson; two grandchildren, Randy Powell and Michelle Powell Riebe and husband, Matthew; and two great grandchildren, Collin and Madison Riebe.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel conducted by Dr. David J. Bailey. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary, 3205 North Highway 81, Anderson. Family members are at their respective homes.
