THOMAS K. BURRISS
Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 8:44PM ANDERSON – Thomas Kennon Burriss, 89, of 1723 Gerrard Drive, widower of Kathryn Lawson Burriss, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at his residence. 
Born June 23, 1923 in Anderson, he was the son of the late Louie Kennon and Etta Whitfield Burriss. Tom was a U.S. Army Air Force Veteran and a retired Industrial Engineer with the Singer Company. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
Surviving are his son, Thomas Michael Burriss and his wife, Patti and daughter, Ann B. Osborne all of Anderson; 3 grandchildren, Carol Burriss Madden, Patricia Burriss Kyger and Timothy M. Burriss and 6 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 4pm Monday at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jim Frost officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Campbell Patriots Honor Guard. The family is at the residence.
