RUDOLPH JOSEPH SEUBERT

ANDERSON, SC - Rudolph Joseph Seubert, age 83, died peacefully at his home on Sunday, February 19, 2012.
Born on February 9, 1929, he was the son of the late Rudolf and Anna Seubert. He spent most of his adult life in the central New York area where he married his wife of 60 years, Joan Murphy Seubert. He served in the US Army attending Officer’s Candidate School. Upon graduation, he served in the Korean Conflict. He retired from the service in 1964 as Captain. He retired after 30 years of service from Kraft Foods as Sales Manager.
Mr. Seubert was a devout Catholic and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, serving both the Men’s Club and the Garden Club.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Dr. Dennis Seubert and wife, Debora, of Carthage, NY, Stephen Seubert and wife, Kelly, of Syracuse, NY, David Seubert of Brewerton, NY, Mark Seubert and wife, Christine, of Camillus, NY; one sister, Loretta Murray and husband, Robert, of Holland, PA; and one brother, Raymond Seubert and wife, Gayle, of Baldwinsville, NY; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012, at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Paul Williams, OFM officiating. The family will receive friends after the ceremony. A Funeral Mass will be held at a later date at the Holy Family Church in Syracuse, NY with burial at the Ononadaga Veterans Cemetery.
