ANDERSON, SC - Lynley Susanne Smith, age 37, of 2910 Midway Road, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2011, at home.
Born December 4, 1974, in Orangeburg, SC, she was the daughter of Larry J. Smith and the late Nancy Ashley Smith. A graduate of T. L. Hanna High School, Lynley furthered her education by graduating from Alpha Beauty School as well as becoming a certified master barber. She was an avid Clemson Tigers fan and was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her father, Larry J. Smith, and his wife, Betty H. Smith of Anderson, SC; two brothers: Ashley Smith of Anderson, SC, and Blake Smith of Greer, SC; and her beloved dog, ‘Sweeney’.
The Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, October 16, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family will be at the home of Larry & Betty Smith, and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home from 6pm until 8pm on Saturday.
