ANDERSON, SC – Carolyn Dover Waters, age 69, resident of Ellenburg Nursing Center and formerly of 210 Pine Lane, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2010, at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Greenville, on February 25, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Lonnie Moe Dover and Fannie Sargent Dover. She was a homemaker and a member of North Anderson Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children: Donna Jean Smith, John Anthony Waters, and Reginald Neal Waters, all of Anderson; brother, Kenneth Harold Dover of Liberty; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Thomas Waters.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by Dr. Johnny F. McKinney.
The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday.
