SANDRA SLOAN

MARCH 10, 1940 – AUGUST 8, 2010
 
ANDERSON, SC – Sandra Kay Harris Sloan, age 70, wife of Terry R. Sloan, Sr., passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2010.
 
Born in Langley, SC, on March 10, 1940, she was a daughter of Queen C. Miller and the late Junious Vernon Harris.  Mrs. Sloan retired from E.I. DuPont and was of the Methodist faith.
 
Survivors include her husband, Terry Richard Sloan, Sr., of the home; her mother, Queen C. Miller of Edgefield, SC; daughter, Sabrina Moore-Leonardo of Anderson, SC; son, T.R. Sloan, Jr., of Piedmont, SC; daughter, Bridget S. Schausten of Beckley, West VA; brothers: Vernon Junious Harris of Florence, SC, and Charles Dean Harris of Aiken, SC; seven grandchildren: Mallory Moore Webb, Evan J. Moore, Kaitlynn Schausten Lehman, Kara Lee Frischmann, Trey Sloan, III, Emily Ann Sloan, and Michael T. Schausten; one great grandchild, Caden Andrew Lehman.
 
All friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside Service at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 12, 2010, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 2323 Highway 81 North, Anderson, SC 29621.
 
Flowers will be accepted; however, the family respectfully requests that memorials be made to the Cancer Association of Anderson, 215 East Calhoun Street, Anderson, SC 29621.
