ANDERSON, SC - Sara Sue Royston Wright, age 83, of 216 Richey Circle, died, Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Royston, GA, Mrs. Wright was a daughter to the late Walter Royston and Bernice Pierce Royston. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Michael Wright and his wife, La Donna of Belton, SC, Robert Wright and his wife, Susan of Anderson, SC, and Gloria Wright Lawson and her husband, Brad of Kennewick, WA; six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and a brother, George Junior Royston of Danielsville, GA.
She was predeceased by her husband, James Roy Wright; a sister, Louise Royston Dutton, and brothers, Richard, Eugene, Robert Lee, Buddy, and Paul Royston.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 2:00PM in The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Glenn Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 28, 2010 from 7:00PM until 9:00PM.
The family will be at the home of Michael Wright, 2120 Bethany Church Road, Belton, SC.
