CHARLOTTE, NC – Ernest Brose Powell, Jr., 83, died January 31, 2010 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
Survivors include his sister, Patricia P. Nalley and husband, Parker, of Anderson.
Services and burial will be held Wednesday in Charlotte.
